We’re very excited about our new space, located at 1140-B 44th AV SE Calgary.
The DP for this new single in Bridgeland was just approved, and construction will be starting in the next few months. The downtown views from the 3rd floor are going to be spectacular!

Welcome Back, Paul
Paul Shannon, one of the co-founders of Inertia Corporation, has returned to Inertia in the position of Design Manager. His first day back is today. We’re very excited to be working with Paul again!
Here is a new single going into Elboya. The DP was submitted and approved in 2 weeks, and construction will start a couple weeks from now. Exciting!

Announcement
Stephen Barnecut, one of the two partners at Inertia Corporation, has accepted a position as Director of Product Development at Jayman Homes. His last day at Inertia will be Tuesday, November 30th.
Trent Letwiniuk will be taking over Stephen’s responsibilities at Inertia going forward. If you have any questions about this transition, please feel free to give him a call at (403) 464-7721.
